Ingredients
- large handful of ice
- 100ml Meraki Premium Vodka
- 500ml tomato juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, plus 2 slices to serve
- few shakes Worcestershire sauce
- few shakes Tabasco (smoked Tabasco is great)
- pinch celery salt
- pinch black pepper
- 2 celery sticks, to serve
Method
- Put the ice into a large pitcher. Pour in the measured amounts of vodka, tomato juice, and lemon juice directly over the ice.
- Incorporate 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco (add more if you prefer a spicier kick), along with a hint of celery salt and pepper. Stir until the pitcher's exterior becomes cool, then pour the mixture into two tall glasses.
- Refill with fresh ice, garnish each glass with a celery stick and slice of lemon, then savour the drink.
